Connecticut Galaxy Property
Directions. The Connecticut Galaxy property ( 45.2 acres) is reached from the Boston Post Road by turning down Rose Lane, and taking a right on Hillwood West to the cul-de-sac. Head south until you meet the perimeter trail along the stone wall. Continue east along the stone wall until you reach the corner of the stone walls. Directly east of this point is the start of the property.
A second access point is to turn off the Boston Post Road at Wyckford Road next to Old Lyme Inn. Park and walk along the well established trail to the northeast corner of the Fairfax (Champlain Farm) property, which joins the OLCT property.
A third access is to turn off the Boston Post Road onto Boggy Hole Road, then right on Laurel Drive. Parking is straight ahead before going up the hill. There is a trail here heading into the property. The Wyckford Road entrance is by far the best access.
Follow the dirt road to the huge oak tree, a distance of 200 hundred yards. Turn north on the trail and walk about three hundred yards to the northern boundary of the town property, then right along that boundary about four hundred yards until the trail turns sharply south along the ridge. The OLCT property begins at this corner and extends to the north in an hour glass shape.
Trail. At present there is no clearly established trail and the vegetation is thick in many places. There is also extensive marshland on the property.

Rules
The following applies to all properties owned and managed by OLCT:

No littering, always carry out what you carry in, please bring a bag to put your garbage in.

No ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles).
Trails get beat up and might be dangerous for anyone else to use.
